Play, Sing, Learn, Create!

Five days of music classes exploring singing, songwriting and performing. With instrument taster sessions on piano, drum kit and violin, and rhythm and ear training games, the week will introduce children to music making in a fun group environment that encourages self-expression, creativity and teamwork. The school will be jointly taught by both Amy Simpkin and Catherine Backhouse, with guest tutors Emlyn Scherk and Clarissa Kay for instrumental taster sessions.

Tuesday 21st - Saturday 25th July

Ages 5-7 | 9.30am-10.30am (£100)

Ages 8-10 | 11.00am-12.30pm (£125)

£20 off for families with multiple children! Please register your first child below, select the ‘multiple children’ option when prompted, and we’ll be in touch with a discount for your subsequent bookings.

Register

Please select the agegroup you wish to book for. Please note that by selecting and paying for the first day of the summer school, your child will be booked on to the whole week. The ‘lesson’ cost refers to the total cost of the summer school.

  • Classes will have a maximum of 12 children.

  • No! Absolute beginners are very welcome.

  • Brilliant, we will adapt the classes to match the experience of the children we have. Taster sessions on violin/drums/piano/voice are available but optional.

  • We offer a full refund for bookings cancelled before 1st July. After that we are unable to offer a refund unless we can find another child to fill the place.

  • We are sorry about this flaw in our booking system but rest assured you are definitely booking the full 5 days of classes.
